1. General Policy
At JS Travel Group, we aim to deliver reliable and professional service in all travel-related matters. However, since we rely on third-party vendors (such as airlines, embassies, and hotels), all refund and cancellation requests are subject to their individual policies, in addition to our own terms outlined below.
2. Flight Ticket Refunds
Refundability depends on the airline fare rules at the time of booking.
Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Refundable tickets may be subject to airline cancellation fees.
JS Travel Group will charge a service fee of PKR 1,000–3,000 per ticket (depending on fare type) for processing any airline refund.
Note: Airline refunds may take 7 to 30 business days, depending on the carrier.
3. Umrah Packages
For Umrah packages, visa fees are non-refundable once applied.
Hotel and transport refunds depend on the cancellation terms of the vendors.
Cancellations within 15 days of departure may result in partial or no refund.
In case of medical or emergency cancellation, we may assist in partial recovery based on supporting documents.
4. Visit & Work Visa Services
Visa consultancy/service charges are non-refundable, even in the case of visa rejection.
Embassy or consulate fees are non-refundable once paid.
JS Travel Group is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete documents or decisions by immigration authorities.
5. Study Abroad Services
University application and admission fees are non-refundable.
Visa service charges are also non-refundable once processing has begun.
Refunds are only possible if JS Travel Group has not initiated any paid processing or submission on your behalf.
6. Hotel Bookings & Travel Insurance
Refunds depend entirely on the hotel or insurer’s policy.
Non-refundable hotel bookings or policies cannot be cancelled.
Refundable bookings may incur cancellation charges, which will be deducted from the final amount.
7. Force Majeure Clause
JS Travel Group is not liable for refunds in events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Airline strikes or shutdowns
Embassy closures or delays
Natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest
Travel bans or immigration restrictions
8. Refund Process Timeline
Once eligible, refunds (from vendors or service partners) are processed by us within 5–10 working days after approval, subject to the following:
Completion of necessary forms
Submission of supporting documents
Deduction of applicable fees
